Job summary

Luxottica is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver Signature Customer Experiences and guide customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, Rx, and price needs. The role emphasizes optical knowledge, merchandising, and flawless service.

You will engage customers using technology, maintain accurate POS transactions, and educate them on guarantees and aftercare while upholding LensCrafters standards and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure or optician certification required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and inventory systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales experience using a tablet or iPad.
• Comfort with technology to engage customers.

• Maintain store appearance and align displays with planograms.
• Foster positive relationships with Store Manager and Macy's Host.
