• Current State Optician License required.

Responsibilities

• Creates an exceptional customer experience and shows urgency in service.
• Demonstrates product knowledge; explains lens/frame features and benefits.
• Leads optical operations and partners with Store Management to grow Rx expansion.
• Fosters learning so team becomes experts in optical products and services.
• Engages with the local community to attract new customers.
• Anticipates problems and develops long-term solutions; ensures customer satisfaction.
• Performs tasks accurately using technology under time pressure.
• Supports daily Retail Operations and follows policies.
• Maintains store appearance and supports floor/fixture changes.
• Other duties to support store operations and foster inclusivity.
