Oakley is seeking an Optician for the Ala Moana store in Honolulu to educate customers and elevate performance of our optical products and services. Responsibilities

Creates an exceptional customer experience and shows urgency in providing service to customers.
Demonstrates product knowledge and explains features/benefits of lenses and frames.
Leads optical operations in partnership with Store Management to identify Rx expansion opportunities.
Fosters learning so team members become experts in optical products and services.
Engages with the local community to attract new customers.
Ensures customers are satisfied and issues are resolved quickly in collaboration with management.
