Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Licensed Optician in Hot Springs, AR to create an easy eye care experience for patients. You will greet customers, recommend products, and assist in dispensing while helping meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a store environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and ensure an easy, memorable experience.
• Provide product/service recommendations and assist in the sales process.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Assist patients in choosing products that fit budget and eyecare needs.
• Measure, fit, and adjust lenses/frames per prescriptions or specs; perform minor repairs.
• Maintain brand standards with basic housekeeping and store upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
