Job summary

Stanton Optical in Miami seeks a Licensed Optician to create an easy eye care experience for every patient. You will greet customers, educate them on products, and guide them through the dispense process to ensure satisfaction.

You will help patients select eyewear, meet sales goals, and troubleshoot prescription issues while maintaining brand standards and high service levels. This role offers growth, benefits, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Optician with ABO/NCLE or state license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to identify needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Provide recommendations on products and services available.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies.
• Assist patients to choose products that fit their budget and eyecare needs.
• Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames per prescription; perform minor repairs.
• Ensure brand standards and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
