Qualifications

• Current State Optician License is required.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates an exceptional customer experience and shows urgency in providing service to customers and satisfying their needs.
• Demonstrates superior product knowledge; describes features & benefits of lenses & frames to reinforce the customer's final selection.
• Acts as a leader in optical operations and partners with Store Management to identify growth opportunities for Rx expansion.
• Engages with the local community to attract a new customer base.
• Maintains store appearance and supports daily retail operational functions.
