Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• State licensure for optical dispensing required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Strong basic math skills; comfortable using a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions accurately in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and professional demeanor.
• Measure, adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail; ensure quality.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize technology effectively; maintain product knowledge and customer focus.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time with multiple customers.
• Contribute to brand KPIs and maintain store appearance and safety.
• Adhere to policies including discounts, promotions and inventory management.
