Qualifications

• Optical sales experience required; Supervising experience preferred.
• Maintain Optical license in states that require licensure.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive profit, sales and performance goals according to NVI standards.
• Monitor sales results against budgeted figures.
• Ensure all store associates deliver top customer service.
• Maintain awareness of same day service using the Ready When Promised board.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors affiliated with the store; act as liaison.
