Job summary

Visology Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead across multiple stores, shaping care delivery for a growing eyewear brand. You’ll supervise Eyewear Sales Stylist teams at 3–5 locations and champion telemedicine workflows to keep each store exam-ready.

You will own inventory accuracy, site readiness, and hands-on coverage when needed, turning escalated issues into loyal patient experiences while driving store performance metrics and improvements.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required).
• 5+ years of optical experience, including supervisory or multi-site roles.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills; willing to travel.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations
• Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready
• Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
• Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it
• Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
• Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required)
• 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role
• Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it
• Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
