• Current State Opticians License is required.
• Experience in customer or patient service is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is correct the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals (restocking, merchandising, order fulfillment).
