Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training for home programs.
• Communicate patient progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
• Participate in in-services for facility staff.
• Maintain documentation per policy and governmental/ payer requirements.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area.
