Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) according to state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to the resident’s care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before procedures.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and daily activities as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
• Observe and report any injuries or pressure areas and skin breakdowns.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

Education

10th grade education

Licensed CNA

CPR certification (preferred)
