Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat a wide range of conditions using OT practices. You will deliver goal-directed treatment, document progress, and communicate effectively with the care team to support patient recovery.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, Nevada OT license, BCLS certification, and hospital-based experience; new graduates are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Nevada State Occupational Therapist license.
• BCLS certification.
• One to two years’ hospital clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Providing goal-directed treatment program planning/implementation, related documentation and communication for various patient populations.
• Evaluating, assessing, and treating a wide variety of patients including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac and other medical conditions across acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation and outpatient settings.
• Supervising occupational therapy assistants and rehab technicians.
• Assessing and interpreting data reflecting patients’ medical status and age-specific needs to deliver appropriate care.
