Job summary

Focused Care at Burnet Bay in Baytown, TX is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. You will administer active and passive therapies, coach ADL tasks, and monitor progress to discharge goals.

The role includes supervising an OT Assistant when assigned, ensuring ethical care, and maintaining communication across care teams in a dynamic post-acute setting structured around our ROCKStar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current license/registration by state of hire as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evaluate OT treatment plans with physician collaboration.
• Provide direct OT treatments including ADL retraining and cognitive techniques.
