Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. You will advance person-directed care, drive clinical excellence, and manage operations with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Must hold an active LNHA license in the relevant state, have at least 3 years of LNHA experience, proven P&L ownership, and familiarity with AI tools to support performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LNHA license in the current state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven P&L responsibility and performance outcomes.
• Experience with AI tools is preferred.
