Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Terre Haute facility. You will drive strategic vision, talent development, and accountable operations in a patient-centered environment.

Relocation to Terre Haute, Indiana is required. Candidates must have LNHA license, 3+ years in SNF leadership, proven P&L results, and comfort with AI tools to enhance care delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state where the facility is located or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA leadership with clinical outcomes, staff retention, and financial results.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Comfort with using AI tools to enhance care delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Terre Haute facility as LNHA, driving strategic vision and accountable operations.
