Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with a focus on patient-centered care, talent development, and accountability.

You will oversee operations, drive strategic results, manage P&L responsibilities, and guide the team through an evolving healthcare landscape; AI tools familiarity preferred to enhance performance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the facility leadership team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
