Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Terre Haute seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility with an emphasis on innovation and patient-centered care. You will drive strategic growth, develop talent, and uphold accountability across an engaged team.

The role requires a current LNHA license in the state or willingness to obtain it, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L responsibility. AI tool familiarity is preferred to enhance performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record with P&L responsibility and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility with a focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Drive strategic initiatives, people development, and accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve performance and AI-enabled insights.
