Job summary

CommCare Corporation in Covington, LA is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead Trinity Trace Community Care Center, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and collaborating with a dedicated clinical and support team.

You will provide strategic leadership for operations, regulatory compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, MDS and care plans, and budget and quality benchmarks while mentoring staff and driving resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility.
• Licensed Administrator in Mississippi.
• Experience with Mississippi State and Federal Long Term Care Regulations.
• Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, and HR.
• Computer literate with MS Office.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be experienced in Mississippi State and Federal Long Term Care Regulations.
• Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, and HR.
• Computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills- orally and written.
• Must be able to plan, train, organize, and effectively present to group meetings.
• Must have ability to evaluate, analyze data, and processes to determine effectiveness and cost benefit of efforts.

Other Qualifications

• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
