Job summary

Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our dedicated North Carolina team. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead clinical, managerial, and support staff to deliver high‑quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an NC LNHA license with at least two years’ administrative experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NC LNHA license and have a minimum of two years’ experience as an administrator.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility and align with long-term goals and mission.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to clinical, managerial, and custodial teams; ensure collaboration.
• Oversee staffing and payroll, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to follow residents’ care plans; provide safety and training.
• Serve as liaison to the governing board, residents, families, and staff; manage budget and fees.

Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long term goals and mission
• Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, and ensure that they work together effectively
• Oversee and manage staff and employees at every level
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are being followed
• Provide regular safety and compliance training
• Create and maintain a budget
• Oversee billing and set fees
• Act as the ‘face’ of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents’ families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina with a minimum of two years’ experience as an Administrator
• Proven history of successful leadership
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
