Responsibilities include leading clinical, managerial, and custodial teams, developing budgets, and maintaining compliance while promoting open communication with residents, families, and the board.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in NC.
• Minimum two years’ experience as an Administrator.
• Proven leadership history.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina with a minimum of two years’ experience as an Administrator
• Proven history of successful leadership
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
