Job summary

Manor House Care Center in Iowa is seeking an Administrator to lead our Skilled Nursing facility with a patient-centered approach and strong team leadership. You will oversee all aspects of facility operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive and inclusive culture that ensures residents receive high standards of care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field and an unencumbered Iowa LNHA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa LNHA license.
• Prior administrator or department director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Set and attain facility-wide goals.
• Creative problem solving to ensure smooth daily operations.

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
