Job summary

Northgate Care Center is seeking an Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility with a strong focus on resident care, team leadership, and operational excellence. You will oversee all aspects of facility operation and drive outcomes that ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management (or related field) and an Iowa LNHA license; prior administrator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Unencumbered Iowa LNHA license required.
• Prior Administrator or Department Director experience preferable.

Responsibilities

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Northgate Care Center by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
