Job summary

Manor House Care Center in Louisiana is seeking an Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee all aspects of facility operation, maintain high care standards, and build a positive, inclusive culture with a compassionate team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, a valid Iowa LNHA license, and prior SNF leadership experience. We offer tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa LNHA license.
• Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Manor House Care Center by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
