Genesis is seeking a Nursing Center Administrator in Peterborough, NH to lead a dedicated care team and ensure the highest standards of quality and compassion for residents.

You will oversee financial reporting, department heads, community relations, and regulatory compliance, fostering an engaging, values-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
