You will monitor financial reports, guide department heads, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate, compliant culture in line with our values. Competitive salary range $130,000–$140,000 per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
