Job summary

Pheasant Wood Center in New Hampshire is seeking a senior nursing center administrator to lead operations and drive exceptional patient care.

You will oversee department heads, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a community presence while fostering engagement, core values, and compassionate care for patients and residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.

Salary

Posted Salary Range: USD $145,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
