Job summary

Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care facility management company, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead Woodward Skilled Nursing and Therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Two or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility.
• Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
• Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.

Summary Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
