Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Partner with Director of Nursing and department leaders to drive clinical and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor census, staffing, financial performance, quality measures, and outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong department leaders.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
• Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community.

Complete Care at Germantown is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 121-bed skilled nursing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin.

We are looking for a hands‑on, results‑driven leader who can support strong clinical outcomes, operational performance, employee engagement, and an excellent resident experience. This is an opportunity to lead an established 4-star rated facility while working closely with regional leadership and an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to drive clinical and operational performance
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Monitor census, staffing, financial performance, quality measures, and overall facility outcomes
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong department leaders
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
