Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compliant and strategic leader to oversee nursing center operations in New Mexico. You will monitor financial performance, guide department heads, and promote the center within the community while upholding our values and delivering compassionate care.

The role requires state licensure, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of administrative management and regulatory requirements for Nursing Centers. On-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of applicable government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.
