Job summary

Longterm Healthcare is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide executive leadership over a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee operations, regulatory compliance, budget, and quality of care, collaborating with physicians, families, and staff.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted LNHA license in Illinois.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Experience leading a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational management of the nursing facility.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including CMS and licensing requirements.
Maintain a strong culture of resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality.
Lead and support department directors, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor clinical, operational, staffing, and quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of facility policies and procedures.
Prepare for regulatory surveys, audits, inspections, and complaint investigations.
Develop and monitor the facility's annual operating budget and census goals.
