Job summary

Aspire Senior Living, based in Missouri, is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple skilled nursing and long-term care communities. You will lead regional leadership, drive regulatory compliance, and strengthen financial performance while improving census and resident outcomes.

You will partner with Administrators, clinical leadership, HR, and finance to execute strategic initiatives, mentor leaders, and ensure survey readiness across the region.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA/NHA license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful LNHA/NHA experience.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-site or progressive operational leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state surveys, reimbursement, and skilled nursing operations.
• Demonstrated success improving financial, regulatory, operational, and quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel approximately 70–80% throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine facility visits and develop performance improvement plans.

• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain strong facility leaders.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, leadership development, retention, and succession planning.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive census, occupancy, labor management, and financial performance.
• Implement company initiatives and operational best practices throughout the region.
• Communicate regional performance and priorities to executive leadership.

Position Summary
