Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and delivering high-quality resident care.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, staffing, training, and policy implementation and foster warmth and patient-centered care across the campus. Qualifications include active LNHA license, preferred bachelor’s degree, and 2 years supervisory healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• A bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility operations comply with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and personal interest while upholding Care without Compromise standards.

Education
