Job summary

Arcadia Care in Toulon, IL is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensure compliance with federal and state standards. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility.
