Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to direct the daily operations of our long-term care center, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and delivering quality resident care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration and at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting; licensure as Nursing Home Administrator is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care Nursing Center.
• Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state where the facility is located.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day functions of the nursing center in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing and payment programs and related practices.
• Formulate operations strategies to meet budgets and timeframes.
