Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead VibraLife in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional patient care.

The role requires a valid LNHA license, a Bachelor's in healthcare administration, and at least three years of leadership experience. You will manage staffing, budget, quality initiatives, and community relations to support VibraLife's care

Qualifications

Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license for the state of employment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Home Administration or related healthcare administration field.
Minimum three (3) years of healthcare administration experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Facility.
Ensure the highest level of clinical delivery while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Ensure staff competence, appropriate staffing for resident setting, and clinical program development.
Plan resource utilization, maintain/improve the work environment, and monitor quality of care.
Promote Vibra Life through involvement in external and internal health care activities.
