Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living Facility or equivalent.
• Current Certified Personal Care Home Administrator Certification.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing assisted living.
• Experience with state and federal quality initiatives in assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Assisted Living Facility in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards and regulations.
• Ensure the highest level of clinical delivery to residents while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure competence of clinical staff and appropriate staffing for patient care; facilitate clinical program development.
• Plan resource utilization, maintain or improve the work environment, and monitor quality and appropriateness of care.
