Job summary

The Laurels of Mt. Vernon is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community in Mount Vernon, Ohio. You will set financial and clinical goals, oversee operations, and drive quality care while ensuring profitability.

Required is a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), and a current LNHA license. A track record of leadership in long-term or sub-acute care is essential. Join a national provider committed to compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership ability with 3+ years of administrator experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
Current LNHA license in the state of Ohio or eligible.

Responsibilities

Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual evaluation of goal achievement.
Provide input into the annual operating budget.
Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for staff to carry out programs and services.
Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.
