Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of administrator experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
• Current LNHA license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Set financial and programmatic goals and evaluate yearly progress.
• Contribute to the annual operating budget.
• Monitor monthly performance against the budget and act as needed.
• Recruit, hire and train necessary staff for programs and services.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest quality of care at all times.
