Care Initiatives in Stratford, Iowa, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead Stratford Specialty Care, a 53-bed skilled nursing facility with a 15-bed CCDI unit located in Stratford, Iowa. The CCDI unit is male only.

Qualifications
- Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired.
- Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
- Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
- Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.
