Care Initiatives is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join Stratford Specialty Care, a 53 bed SNF with a 15 bed CCDI unit in Stratford, Iowa. This is a leadership role overseeing daily operations and guiding a dedicated team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired; we support growth for newly licensed Administrators when applicable.
• Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
• Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
