Qualifications

Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Stratford Specialty Care, a 53 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with 15 bed CCDI unit, located in Stratford, Iowa!

Stratford Specialty Care is unique in that their CCDI unit is male only.

Stratford is a rural community in North-Central Iowa. With roughly a 30 minute commute, it is nestled between the large metropolitan areas of Fort Dodge and Ames.
