You will oversee patient care, staff management, policy implementation, and budget control, while collaborating with nursing, social services and activities to ensure comprehensive services and outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) licensure.
• Experience as LNHA in nursing home administration (years placeholder to be specified).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, and activities to provide comprehensive resident care.
• Manage the facility budget and financial operations (payroll, inventory, AP).
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings.
• Build relationships with community stakeholders, including local healthcare providers and discharge planners.
