Job summary

Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of a 44-bed skilled nursing facility. This full-time role requires solid LNHA licensure, leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality resident care.

You will oversee patient care, staff management, policy implementation, and budget control, while collaborating with nursing, social services and activities to ensure comprehensive services and outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) licensure.
• Experience as LNHA in nursing home administration (years placeholder to be specified).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and services

• Manage the facility's budget and financial operations, including payroll, inventory management, and accounts payable

• Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings

• Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, discharge planners, and case management companies

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Minnesota
