Qualifications

• MA NHA license in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare administration experience; long-term care preferred.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining resident care and service excellence.
