Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the relevant state or willing to obtain.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA leadership including clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, retention, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.
