Relocation may be required to guide and grow the skilled nursing facility. You will lead with vision, drive performance, and ensure high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and strong financial stewardship in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license for the location or be willing to obtain it if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA duties evidenced by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility and comfort with AI tools preferred.
