Job summary

The role requires a current LNHA license, 3+ years of skilled nursing facility management, and a track record of staff satisfaction, retention, and strong financial results.

Qualifications

Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location.
Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
Proven success in LNHA performance: staff satisfaction, retention, and financials.
Experience with P&L responsibility and AI tools preferred.
