POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrator at this facility is responsible for all aspects of the community. The Administrator must be able to make key decisions daily, as well as a leader to all facility departments. This individual must also ensure that all residents are always receiving exceptional care and outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Current Nursing Home Administrators License

• 2-5 years’ experience in managing a skilled nursing

• Concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills

• Capable of making mature, professional judgments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in building or work for a facility with 4 or 5 stars rating.

• Must be willing to relocated to Tulsa area.
