Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a facility's operations in accordance with regulations and company policies. The role focuses on resident care quality, staff leadership, budgeting, and strategic marketing to maximize census.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Indiana LNHA license, have two years of long-term care management experience, and demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Indiana State Nursing Home Administrator’s License must be current.
• Minimum two years of management in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for long-term care.
• Facility orientation, mandatory training and in-service completion.
• Must communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct the facility operation per resident needs and regulations.
• Attend mandatory in-services by the anniversary date.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance and Code of Conduct.
• Plan with management and consultants; monitor departments and coach staff.
• Conduct rounds to address resident needs and morale.
• Ensure inter-departmental teamwork and resource utilization.
• Maintain QA standards and staffing levels; recruit and train staff.
• Manage budgets, payroll, payables, and receivables.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census.
• Be on-call 24/7 and ensure compliance with regulations.
